Sarah | Pilates Instructor

Sarah completed her Diploma of Pilates over 10 years ago and also holds qualifications in Fitness and as a Rehab Trainer. With more than a decade in the industry, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for movement and whole-body wellbeing.

Her career spans working across gyms, alongside physiotherapists, and collaborating closely with physios to support rehabilitation-focused training. She has also owned her own Pilates studio in Tasmania, giving her hands-on experience in both clinical and community movement settings.

Sarah’s approach centres on helping clients move in a way that feels good for them safe, effective, empowering, and always individualised. She believes progress should feel uplifting, not rigid, which is why she loves to keep her classes fun and light-hearted. Known for her unique playlists that go with her classes, and occasionally sneaking in a pre-class warm-up dance, Sarah creates an environment where clients can let go, laugh, and enjoy the process just as much as the burn.

Outside the studio, Sarah channels her creativity as an artist, regularly drawing inspiration from the world around her. She believes movement and creativity go hand in hand.
