Sandra brings over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist. Originally trained in Brazil, she holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy from a renowned oriental massage and acupuncture school, where her training focused on Japanese techniques such as Shiatsu and An-Má, alongside Western therapies including Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is also qualified in Aromatherapy, Reiki, Quick Massage and Deep Cleansing Facials.

Her career has taken her from working in a 5-star hotel and a specialised lymphatic drainage clinic in São Paulo to international work on luxury cruise ships and private yachts after further training in the UK. After settling in Melbourne, Sandra introduced Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage at a wellness spa, focusing on women’s health and wellbeing.

Sandra is now excited to offer traditional Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage treatments at Balance in Beechworth, sharing her experience and passion for wellness with the local community.
